Best service and and fantastic new windows and door
We had old draughty wooden windows and a door that was falling apart so we needed to replace them. Aaron was fantastic from the first contact we made. Friendly and polite, answering all our questions, and at all times transparent about prices and work included.
The work was carried out over two days. The team was friendly and did a great job taking out the old and installing the new windows and door. They also tidied after themselves and so we had less cleaning to do afterwards.
When we noticed a minor problem with the window sill end caps -that we thought was small enough that we didn’t need it rectified- Aaron still send one of the team out to put new end caps onto all the new window sills.
Outstanding customer service and a superb end result. We already noticed a big difference between old and new windows and door even though it’s summer.
We are very happy we decided to employ Smart Homes NI and would do so again.
